1. Current INFR Rule: B4.2.1 Point System at all Regional Rodeos. Points for a Region rodeo shall be on a 6 point system: 30,
25, 20, 15, 10 and 5 points, where 30 points is for 1st place and 5 points is for 6th place. Six places shall always be awarded
points regardless if only four monies are paid.

Proposed Change: Points be awarded to the top ten qualified times/scores regardless of the number of places paid (4, 6 or 8).
First place in each round will receive 10 points; 2nd place will receive 9 and on down to 10th place receiving 1 point.

2. Current INFR Rule: R3.7.2 Ground Money. Ground money is defined as funds to be paid out at a Tour/Region rodeo that was
not paid due to lack of competition qualification. No Championship points will be awarded for ground money earned at a Tour or
Region rodeo. In the event no contestant qualifies or places in any given major event the prize monies will be split equally among
contestants in that go-round. (ie. two contestants with qualified rides or times will be paid 1st and 2nd place with the remaining
prize money being divided equally among all contestants in that go- round, not to include draw backs.)

Proposed Change 1: Where in the event no contestant qualifies or places in any given major event the prize monies will be split
equally among contestants in that go-round. If one or more do qualify, but not for all paid monies, the remainder of the purse
money will be split amongst the actual qualified (ie. two contestants with qualified rides or times will be paid 1st and 2nd place
with the remaining prize money being divided equally among the two qualified contestants)

Proposed Change 2: To go back to the previous rule of - R3.6.2 No Ground Splits. Where all of the contestants in an event at a
Tour or Region rodeo fail to qualify in any go-round or where the qualifying contestants in an event are fewer than the number of
places to be paid in any go-round, no ground splits (ground money) will be paid to the disqualifying contestants. In such
occurrences, the remainder of the purse money shall revert back to the Region.

3. Current INFR Rule: Regarding Sudden Death Finals. The current rule states that if a contestant wins both the year end and
the sudden death that the contestant must take the sudden death spot and the second year end contestant takes the year end
spot.

Proposed change: If a contestant wins both the year end and sudden death, that contestant must take the year end spot and
second in the sudden death gets to take the sudden death spot.

We would like feedback on the following concepts and changes as well.
4. The INFR is considering a "Season World Championship" concept where tour points will carry through the FINALS and the
World Champion will be crowned based on the entire year instead of four rounds. We will still crown a National Finals
Champion as well. Region qualifiers will carry any tour points to the finals if they have any. Points will only be awarded at tour
rodeos and the INFR only. Would you like to see this change made?
1. Yes - 27 votes

2. No - 46 votes
5. If the "Season World Champion" concept was made, would you be against starting this year knowing that Ft. McDowell has
passed and points would be counted?
1. Start this season (knowing that Ft McDowell will count and has already passed) - 20 votes

2. Start next season - 7 votes
6. Some regions have asked that we allow for 3 Tour Rodeos per region. Would you like to see 3 Tour Rodeos per region?
1. Yes - 47 votes

2. No - 25 votes
7. Lastly, the INFR is looking at reorganizing some of our US regional borders. This reorganization will pertain to RMIRA, NNRCA,
WSIRA, UIRA, NPIRA and SWIRA. We are working on addressing neglected areas, lack of leadership, and overall regional
balance. The biggest change will be the disbanding of RMIRA. Look at the regional maps below (current and proposed) and
email any feedback to
comments@infr.org.

Based on discussion and feedback, the borders will remain the same for this year.
Here are the results from the voting. We had members from every region except AMAIRA vote.
